My order from ginasgr.com was mostly spot on. Everything I chose was in the package, and the sizes and colors were right, so I don’t really have any major complaints. Nothing was missing, which I definitely appreciated. One item did look a little different from the picture, but not enough for me to make a big deal out of it. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d give it 4 stars.

"Not really impressed"
I wasn’t too happy with this. It just feels kind of cheap in person, and for the price, I expected something a bit better. Maybe if it were sturdier or... I don’t know, it just doesn’t feel worth it to me.

"Nice packaging, no problems"
I think it showed up earlier than I expected, or maybe I just forgot the delivery date, but either way, the packaging looked really nice. Nothing was bent, scratched, or messed up, so no complaints from me.

"Checkout was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
Trying to pay took way too many attempts, and it got annoying. I like the store, but if checkout keeps being this much of a hassle, I might just start shopping somewhere else.

Checkout was easy for me, honestly. The payment page looked secure, and it did the usual card check stuff, which made me feel a bit better. It was a little slow to load, just a little, but I didn’t feel worried about paying here.

The site works fine, and I was able to find what I needed, but the overall look feels dated. Some pages are a little crowded, and the colors don’t really seem to fit together. It also has that kind of “no real person there” feeling, like it was built a while ago and hasn’t been touched much since. A cleaner, fresher design would make it a lot more inviting

"Delivery was honestly a mess"
My order showed up way later than expected, and the tracking was basically useless most of the time. I kept checking it and nothing would change, then suddenly it was out for delivery or whatever. I had already kind of given up by then. The product was fine, I guess, but the whole waiting around part was super annoying. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Shipping was literally quick"
I ordered from ginasgr.com and the shipping was faster than I thought it would be. I got updates after about a day, and the package showed up without any problems.
I’m not giving 5 stars because the tracking literally didn’t update much at first, so I wasn’t totally sure where it was. But overall, the delivery was quick and I’d order from them again.

I ordered my usual size from Ginas Boutique, thinking it would be fine, and wow, absolutely not. The top was somehow tight in the arms but loose around the waist, which made it look so awkward on me I just stood there staring in the mirror like, what is happening?
I checked the size chart before ordering too, but it did not help much. Maybe it fits other people perfectly, but for me the sizing was wildly off and I felt like I accidentally ordered something made for three different body types at once.

I had a feeling the description seemed a little too good to be exact, and I probably should’ve trusted my gut. The item showed up, but it didn’t really match what was described. Not the worst purchase ever, just a bit disappointing...

I ran into a problem at first, but after I reached out, they took care of it fast. I guess it depends on what kind of issue you have, but in my case the support was helpful and got things sorted without too much hassle.

"Refund took longer than I expected"
My return was accepted quickly, so I figured the refund would come through soon after. Maybe I was just being impatient, but it felt like it took way too long. I ended up emailing twice to check on it, which was kind of annoying. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I do wish the refund process had been smoother.

I tried using ginasgr.com and got frustrated quickly. The site felt cluttered, and I had a hard time finding even basic information. A few pages didn’t load smoothly for me, and the menus weren’t very clear either. On top of that, it seemed like the terms or details were changing as I went, which just made the whole thing feel even more confusing. Maybe other people have a better experience, but I gave up after a few minutes. Not great.
